Flex Space Austin is a guide for contractors, makers, e-commerce sellers, small manufacturers and service businesses looking for flex, shop and small warehouse space in Austin and the surrounding Hill Country. We explain the market, the lease terms and where to look.

How we research
We build our guides from primary sources wherever we can: manufacturer specifications, utility and government pages, published rate sheets and official program rules. We say when something is an estimate, and we date our pages. Prices, rates and programs change, so always confirm the current details with the company or agency before you buy, book or sign.
Affiliate disclosure: how we make money
This site is free to read. We pay for it through affiliate and referral partnerships. When you click certain links and then buy a product, book an experience or request a quote, the company may pay us a commission or referral fee. You do not pay more because you used our link.
In line with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides, we mark pages that contain affiliate links and label partner buttons. A commission never decides what we recommend, and we include free and non-partner options when they are the better choice.
